I would be joining HEALTH FOR MALAYSIA (HFM) ke pekan, pahang.

6th HFM~~

this is my first time joining such programme. before this, pernah la jugak provide health screening kat yayasan pendidikan cheras. tak sama ok! I am lil bit nervous actually.. on saturday, I was incharged to home care. visiting people and provide them care.. sambil2 tu, membebel macam mak jemah bla bla bla bla bagi health education.. we were informed, mostly patients that we gonna visit ialah stroke and stomach cancer patients..

moga2 dengan ilmu and skill yang tak seberapa could help sedikit sebanyak. aminn..

on sunday : I was grouped into woman's health. there, I need to teach them the proper way to carry out breast self examination (BSE).. BSE is very very vital ya girls!! it is the early detection to detect any breast cancer. and best performed 5-7 days after menstruation. at that time, your breasts are soft and thus, easy to detect for any lumps or abnormalities..

and, the most nervous part is... I need to perform pap smear test! ohh.. I'm scared and tak confident actually.. may Allah ease..  pap smear pun penting jugak. to detect cervix cancer. and just for those yang dah kahwin only! dan aku yang tak kahwin lagi, buat kat akak2 yang dah bergelar puan..

I AM CRAZILY NERVOUS !! oh, pap smear, be kind to me. be kind when i do it on others~

hmmm...

unik bukan nursing nih? ajar orang breastfeed even ko tak ada anak lagi. ajar pasal family planning even ko belum kahwin lagi.. ahhahahah... bonus ok! ^^

so, thats it.
